Looking for a pet-friendly apartment community in Wilmington, NC?

Your pets are family too! Fur babies should love where they live and they will love Meridian Village! Just minutes away from pet stores, where you can grab a sweet treat. At Meridian Village, we do not have breed restrictions and welcome pets to make this their home too! Convenient pet washing station for those muddy adventures and leash-free Pawtopia park for some outdoor exercise. A great place to meet doggy friends. Bring your fur baby to the leasing office for a belly rub and a treat!

Pet Policy:

No breed restrictions! No weight limit. Non-refundable pet fee is $300 per pet. Monthly pet rent of $20 per pet, maximum of 2 pets.
