I don’t recommend you bringing a dog to Meridian village on Northchase Parkway. I lived here for almost 3 years. My dog was loved by all. She played ball every day. Kids would come over and knock on my door to play with her. Never had an issue. All of a sudden, people moved in next-door with older dogs and didn’t like my dog coming to say hi. So they reported me trying to get me fined by the sheriff. They continurd to harass me for the whole next month. My dog wasn’t able to play without them recording me. I found a place to move to gave 60 days notice. Management continues to tell me I have to finish out my lease ends the end of April. This is not fair in my opinion. You should not be harassed at the place you live at. Giving them 60 days notice is sufficient. So don’t pick this place if you have a dog. Well, the price is reasonable monthly but has no amenities.

Angie was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive while assisting us with getting into our new place at Meridian Village. Her professionalism and dedication made everything run smoothly and stress-free. We truly appreciate all of her hard work and support. We would also like to recognize Mike, the maintenance technician, for all the hard work he does to keep the apartments in excellent condition. His dedication and attention to detail truly help make Meridian Village a great place to live.

My experience with the choice to move here has been great! I'm very appreciative for the professionalism displayed by Angela, Rachel, and Mike. The friendliness of each of them made the moving experience much easier than anywhere we have lived. My family and I love the area, especially the neighborhood. It's nice and peaceful, while looking and being inviting. We are happy to have chose such an awesome property management that also allows for transfers as well, if needed or desired. Thank you for making our move pleasant! 😊
